Every patient anticipates life with an ostomy differently. In this podcast Jane Fellows, MSN, RN, CWOCN, talks through ostomates expectations on quality of life and the role nurses and other healthcare providers can play in the continuum of care.

Guest Bio
Jane Fellows received her bachelor and master’s degrees in nursing from Duke University. She attended the Emory University WOC nursing educating program and is certified as an Advanced Practice Wound Ostomy Continence nurse. She has done presentations on ostomy and fistula management regionally, nationally and internationally and has published chapters in textbooks as well as articles in the Journal of Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (JWOCN). She has served on the WOCN CB and the ostomy guidelines taskforce for the WOCN Society.
