Denise is a master prepared, certified WOC nurse with over 28 years of clinical practice experience. Her current clinical practice is at M Health Fairview in Minneapolis. She also serves as a consultant for the MHA SAFE SKIN collaborative involving over 100 Minnesota hospitals. Her experience includes faculty and associate director in WOC Educational Programs, international speaking, authorship, and coeditor of “Acute and Chronic Wounds; Current Management Concepts, textbook, now in its 5th (going on 6th) Edition.
